Our Community Support

At Talentail, we believe that we benefit from nature and we shall contribute to the society.

In December 2022, we were fortunate to become a strategic partner of the Australian War Animal Memorial Organisation, supporting injured and retired military and police dogs. Below are just two examples of the amazing service dogs Talentail is proud to be supporting in their retirement.

Please meet little Tikka, born on 17th June 2011. Tikka was trained in 2012 and retired from active service in June 2018 due to a leg injury. Tikka was awarded two medals for his service. Tikka’s carer changed his food to Talentail’s premium range three months ago and believes that Tikka is much happier now, a lot more energetic, and his stomach issue is even improving.

You can tell from his big smile!

Please meet Yasmin, born on 9th August 2016. Yasmin was trained in early 2018 and served through to 2022, when she and her handler retired together.

Yasmin started eating Talentail food in January 2023 and her owner believes it has made a real difference to her health and wellbeing.

Thank you Tikka and Yasmin for your service. We are so honoured to become part of your well-earned retirement life! There are many more heart-warming stories from AWAMO, and we will share these beautiful stories with you through our social media.

Talentail is currently developing an ongoing program with NAAKPA to contributing to the wellbeing of indigenous communities in Northern Australia. This support will help to further build local businesses, create a more sustainable industry and also contribute to the wellbeing of pets in these communities.

Talentail is committed to contribute to our society in the best ways we can.
